| CURTISS-WRIGHT FLOW CONTROL ACQUIRES DOUGLAS EQUIPMENT LTD. FALLS CHURCH, VA. – Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company has acquired the assets of Douglas Equipment, Ltd. for approximately $20 million in cash. Douglas, a leading supplier of aviation support vehicles, will become part of Curtiss-Wright's Flow Control Segment.
